¡¡More than 3,000 years ago, ancient Chinese succeeded in making a kind of raw materials which were named the distiller's yeast, by using it the wine tastes sweet and fragrant. So it has been called "the fifth largest invention outside "the four inventions" by the descendant. Thousands of years passed by, it already becomes the ¡¡unique culture phenomenon of wine-making and drinking in China.
The discovery of the ruins of well wine workshop in Sichuan, is the most intact Ming dynasty wine-making workshop at present. It shows all procedure of making the traditional Chinese wine to common people.
