¡¡Paper Paper-cut was one of the folk craftsmanships of China that comes down widely. In north of Shanxi Province, women cut window pattern with the scissors generation by generation. They can cut any pattern which symbols good luck and auspiciousness easily. However, woman of the Miao nationality in Guizhou don't have the custom to cut window pattern. In contrast, they according to the paper-cut meeting the actual demands of embroider, molding the major image structure and space position by cone instead of pen, hole of line.
¡¡This film demonstrates the different features of paper-cut between north and south in China, as well as the different folk paper-cut artistic works.
