The Jing Ethnic Minority,
make their living by fishing, so they are called
the "ethnic minority group on the sea."
Netting is the ancient way for them to fish. However,
the quantity and quality of the fish in their coastal
waters are decreasing. This ancient way of fishing
will disappear one day. How should the Jing people
react to this situation? This program records the
story of Jing fisherman Su Chunfa. He was a net
fisherman and dove for spiral shells. Eventually
he becomes the head of his own frontier business.
