Lao Zhang is the director
of a camel handicraft factory in the city of Dunhuang,
located in northwestern China. This program records
his daily activities, such as making and selling
camel handicrafts, participating a countryside wedding,
and having a family reunion. It shows the diligent,
simple and unadorned lives and characters of the
people in the northwestern China, and captures the
unique desert landscape of Dunhuang.
